A restored two-story Queen Anne-style home built in 1888, The Doctors House offers docent-led tours of the home, gardens and grounds. Once the home of three prominent physicians during Glendale's early years, The Doctors House later served as the residence of silent film star Nell Shipman. The home is decorated in Victorian era decor and offers an interesting exhibit of period medical tools and supplies. It is located in Brand Park, near Brand Library & Art Galleries, and Shoseian Whispering Pine Teahouse & Friendship Garden.
Guided tours run Sun. 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
